When is someone looking at our website? What country are they in? What mode of technology have they used to get to our website? These are all the fascinating facts that we know, in detail, to see how successful our website has been over the last FY.

We continue to have a steady stream during weekdays, most days averaging about 2000 sessions, with less traffic on weekends.

The first spike on the year-long traffic report (the squiggly chart) is for Thursday, July 14, 2016, for 4,216 sessions.  This was the day that the Transition Team reopened its Executive Director search. Many members and RID website visitors were interested in this particular topic as it has been an ongoing search, see the post here.

The second spike (Wednesday, November 30, 2016 – 2,961 sessions) was right around the time we had posted our Call for Leadership Track Small Group facilitators in preparation for RID’s big 2017 Conference that took place in Salt Lake City. We received a lot of traffic on that particular post that day, see the post here.

And lastly a big spike is seen again on Tuesday April 18, 2017 with 2,839 sessions when RID posted the list of nominations for the 2017-2019 RID Board of Directors. The continued involvement of the membership and supporters during the RID nominations process was seen through the traffic visited on those pages, and we thank everyone who contributed to that influx in traffic and support.
